The Scots Music Group are running a new daytime song group on Thursday mornings, 10.30-12.30 in the hall at Christ Church, at Holy Corner in Bruntsfield. Led by Mary McCann, it's a relaxed and friendly group, which will be singing a wide variety of songs from around Scotland and beyond. Full details here

The Muckle Sing 2012, Saturday, 18 February, 2012. 10am to 5.30pm, Queen Margaret Hall, Blackness Road, Linlithgow, EH49 7JA.

A day of workshops for community singing groups and individual singers, led by Scots singer-songwriter Janet Russell, as well as an opportunity for informal group performances.

A Gospel Celebration, with Michael Harper and Scott Stroman, 2-4 March, 2012 in Newcastle. A real treat coming up for anyone interested in gospel singing. A whole weekend of singing workshops and performances with both Michael Harper and Scott Stroman, culminating in a concert in Hall One of The Sage, Gateshead on the Sunday evening. This marks 10 years of 20,000 Voices' gospel singing project.
